WA market sprouting green shoots.

2016 was inarguably the worse period in the WA market in the past decade however there has been a significant lift in buyer inquiries and offers since Christmas. REIWA figures show that property prices rose in November and December after having dropped for the previous few years and it is predicted that the WA market will continue to strengthen as the year progresses. Historically Perth has followed Sydney whereas, when the Sydney market begins to slow Perth takes off as investors recognise the comparable value between the two cities. Prospective buyers who have been holding off are well advised to act sooner rather than later before the window of opportunity closes completely.
