Normally this would be a function of the Town Planning Consultant (TPC) in conjunction with the Project Manager instructing the project Surveyor. Our instructions to them would be to complete:- Initial surveying of boundaries, identification of local features and environmentally sensitive areas Aerial photography of the property to identify property assets & marketing features (such as lakes, rivers, creeks, environmentally sensitive areas, tree preservation areas and view corridors etc) and assist with - Preparation of Contours and base mapping to allow sufficient cadastral information to then allow the TPC to commence a design layout maximising on utilisation of these assets, thus impacting on marketability and value.
