Lance started his Real Estate career in Perth in 1986.

In September 1989 he married and moved further Southeast of Perth servicing suburbs in the Cities of Gosnells, Canning and Armadale.



In 2003 Lance managed a newly opened Real Estate office in Mandurah. This led to the overseeing of major clients The Lady Brand Lifestyle Village and The Murray River Country Estate in Pinjarra.

In 2007 he completed his diploma in Real Estate.

From running his own office, to managing and all- round general sales he has had comprehensive experience in most areas of the Real Estate Industry.
